They promise in the begining and talk well until they get their service money. No agreement in written all in oral, there after everything is in air, you need to keep calling them for the service. I had very bad experience, pleasebe cautious while working with Karuna Home Care Pollachi. I lost lot of money. Customer from Chennai.
